3 Step Spa @ Home System - The Harvest Garden

3:00 pm

Recently I had the pleasure of trying out some of The Harvest Garden's new skincare products from their 3 Step Spa At Home System. The system is really interesting and incorporates one of my favourite things from when I get a facial at a Day Spa - Facial Steam, but I will get onto that in a moment. I only tried two of the products from the 3 step system, they were the Herbal Facial Tea and the Kaolin & Activate Charcoal Facial Masque. The whole system however also includes a Rose Facial Mist. The system is designed to be used weekly to deeply cleanse, detoxify and revitalise the skin. The Harvest Garden is an amazing Australian brand that's completely natural and none of their products contain harsh chemicals that are so common in big brands.

So let's get into it!

I know a lot of people will be a bit confused by this. A tea? For your face? It's actually the step I mentioned earlier that is just like getting a facial steam at the Day Spa! It works the same way as when you do a steam with eucalyptus when you have a cold, except for your face! You just add a few scoops of the mixture to a bowl, pour over boiling water, place a towel over your head and the bowl and breath in the beautiful aroma. It will open up your pores and you will sweat quite a bit but it is so good! The thing I liked the most is although there is a scent there, it's not over powering and didn't make me feel sick like a lot of scents do at the moment.

"Our Herbal Facial Tea contains a powerful combination of dried botanicals and plant extracts to deeply cleanse your pores, removing dead skin cells and dirt and bacteria. It draws impurities from the skin and deeply detoxifies"

Step 2 - Facial Masque

There are 4 different facial masques available, each good for different things. I used the Kaolin & Activated Charcoal one and found it made my skin so smooth. It had no scent which was perfect. The masque is also thin so you can still talk and move your mouth, nose and eyebrows which I love!

Here is a run down of each Masque
